Herbal Blend includes the following herbs:

Slippery Elm, Pau D'arco, Licorice, Barberry, Oregon Grape Root, Peppermint, Chorella, Marshmallow Root, Chamomile, and Ginger

Directions: Take 1-2 tablespoons with 24 oz of water daily. Avoid spicy foods.
