DIRECTIONS FOR DRINKING TEA

Instructions for any tea unless specified:

Take 2 tablespoons of blend & boil for 20 minutes.

Boil with 32 oz of water.

Pour hot tea in a 32 oz glass mason jar. 

Let steep for 1-2 hours 

Drink all day

*Never drink all of teas contents in one seating. It can make you nauseous or dizzy . 

 

DIATOMACEOUS EARTH INSTRUCTIONS

Take 1 Tablespoon on an empty stomach with 16 oz of water.
