Herbal Birth Control (2-3 weeks supply)

Ingredients are the following:

Neem leaves

Penny Royal 

Asafoetida

Dong Quoi

Blue cohosh

Ginger

Directions: Take 1 tablespoon with 8oz of water in a cup daily 5 days before ovulation and 5 days expected period.

*External contraceptive is advised as well, if possible
